EFT is a collection of self-help techniques that addresses the mind-body connection, using a gentle and precise methods that alter brain chemistry and the body’s energy infrastructure to shift beliefs, behaviours and emotional responses quickly.

These tools help to release anxiety and distress that contribute to lack of energy, focus and stress-related illness. EFT  is a family of evidence supported modalities that balance, restore and improve human functioning by combining physical interventions (using the acupuncture system, the chakras and other ancient systems of healing) with modern cognitive interventions such as imagery-based exposure therapy.

EFT combines elements of psychological therapy including cognitive behavioural therapy and exposure therapy with light tapping on acupressure points.

EFT  balances the mind-body energy system and helps the brain experience a state of emotional calm and safety.

EFT  is easy to learn and ideal for self help. I teach EFT to clients in there first session. It is an excellent tool for people who want to eliminate stress in their lives and learn how to relax.
